To add a rich taste profile to many of our dishes we use hand-ground spices including our signature Garam Masala spice blend made with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cloves, and a pinch of red chile peppers.
Our menu is inspired by Chaats (tasty savory snacks) found in traditional Indian street food. All of our dishes are family and kid-friendly, and we also have abundant options to suit gluten-free and vegan lifestyles. Many of our dishes can also be prepared without onions or garlic (“Jain” preparation).
